What is Anxiety?
According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, anxiety affects around 40 million Americans a year, yet it is still an unpopular and sensitive topic. Anxiety, is a feeling of nervousness, fear or concern and it can develop from stress. Stress can result from having to juggle many tasks at once, like preparing for a significant event or exam, or from the body’s response to possible danger.
